"They were all just a bunch of Deists!" "They acknowledged a Creator but the Founders of the United States were not Christians." "The Founders wanted a wall of separation between the Church and the State so that the Church would not influence the Government." These and many others are the lies that have been spread throughout our culture for the past 40 years. 

But what is the truth? Are there any facts that point one way or another? YES! And some of the first evidence can be seen in the First Prayer of the Continental Congress that occurred on September 7, 1774. What happened then and after that prayer altered the hearts of the men in that room!
